This
mare definitely has that WOW factor! Lynn Angel of Dawgpatch had her ad
up for just a few hours before I saw it, made the call and snatched her
up. Jolie has everything I look for in an exceptional mare. Beautiful
short head (her large blue eyes are a plus!), clean throatlatch, LONG
neck, great topline, tailset and most important, refinement. She is a
minimal non-fading black pinto with a wide white stripe on her face.
Jolie is also a proven mare and already had a beautiful little pinto
colt Santiago this year. He is for sale on the Foals page. Jolie will
be bred to our World Champion Senior Stallion Onyx for a 2009 foal.
Jolie's impressive show record includes 2003 AMHA Top 7 Weanling Mares
26"-30", 2005 AMHR Reserve National Champion Junior Mare; 2006 AMHR
Reserve National Champion Senior Mare; 2006 AMHR Halter Hall of Fame
and Top 10 All Star, not to mention multiple Grands and Supremes during
her show career. She has nothing else to prove!
And the icing on the cake - Jolie is a direct Reeces Thunder Hawk
daughter! Thunder Hawk is a stunning Top 10 National Champion and has
also sired two AMHA Res. World Champions. Hawk's sire 4 Gs Little Kings
Alfalfa Pleasure is a Res National Champion Sire of Get and the sire of
several National Champions. Other famous horses in Jolie's pedigree are
Rowdy and Komokos Little King Supreme, both foundation sires and
Komokos Teenie Jeanie, dam to National Grand Champion Little Kings Buck
Echo. Her dam Reeces Foxfires FancyDontLetMeDown is a gorgeous black
mare and is now owned by Mike/Terry Hlavatovic of Alliance Farms. Thank
you Lynn!

Evita
is the perfect example of the contemporary show quality miniature
horse. She is extremely refined with a beautiful arabian style head,
hugs eyes, long graceful neck, athletic conformation and a high
tailset. She has that show attitude and knows who she is! Evita will be
shown by a professional trainer in 2006. Evita is doing a little
growing first at First Knight Miniatures in Canada before she will come
home. We will have to wait to see her as KC will be bringing her to
World 2005 for pickup.
Evita comes from a long line
of winners. Her dam, First Knights Fame & Fortune is a multiple
National Top 10 winner. Her maternal grandsire, First Knights Bit O Hot
Shot is a National Grand Champion Junior Stallion and her maternal
granddam, Runnin Bears Black Jacks is a National 1st place Youth mare.
Her paternal granddam, McSperitts Dream Girs is a Res. National
Champion and her pedigree traces back to Rowdy on the top and bottom.
Thank you KC for allowing us to be owned by this beautiful girl! Please watch for Evita on the show circuit next year!
*** News FLash **

I have admired Nancy Jo since the first time I saw her. We kept begging her owner to sell and she finally gave in! Nancy Jo is very loud black and white pinto. She is so refined with a LONG, long upright neck, small ears, short head, flat topline, HIGH tailset and two piercing big blue eyes. She is a gentle soul - very sweet and quiet.
Nancy Jo's has a stellar pedigree. Her sire is Lucky Four Rebels Noble Fire, a National Champion Open Halter. Her grandsire is Sid's Rebel, a 3 time Res National Champion Get of Sire. Her dam is Deiles Heart Acke, a Boones Little Andy daughter and Wittmaacks Mickey Mouse granddaughter, both foundation sires. Nancy Jo has been blessed with six crosses to Gold Melody Boy and three to Roan Ranger. Half of her pedigree includes National and National Grand Champions or sires/dams of National and World Champions.
Nancy Jo will be bred to Onyx for a Spring 2009 foal. Black and white to black and white. World Champion bred to a daughter of a National Champion...can this be anything but an outstanding foal? Thank you to Ann Simmons of Seahorse Farm for selling me this wonderful mare.

G E Egyptian Smokie x Kahoka Palomino Jill
|
When this mare
first arrived, she wouldn’t stand for photos. But once she settled down
and got to know us for a few days, we got to see how nice she really is
and got some good photos of her. We discovered she has a really long
neck, big eyes, short head, strong hip and good topline.
Kate’s
pedigree includes Flying W Farms Wardance, sire to a National Champion;
Flying W Farms Sundance, sire to a National Grand Champion; Flying W
Farms Masterpiece, sire to a National Grand Champion; Del Teras Dr.
Sphinx, sire to National Grand Champion and many more.
We have decided to keep Kate for our dilute program. Kate has been vet checked in foal to our World Top 3 Senior Stallion,
Seahorse Olympia Golden Opportunity
for a summer 2008 foal. She is throwing refinement and we feel like he
can bring in a beautiful head to the pairing. See a photo of this
year’s filly below – Sunshine. Sunshine is for sale on our Foals page.
